On 16 May the Ville de Paris is putting several of its residential properties up for public auction. The majority of the apartments are in the 16th arrondissement, with starting prices ranging from 39,000 for a 10.6 sqm room to 408,400 for a three-roomed apartment with terrace and cellar at 1 Square Racan. In the 6th arrondissement there are two lots up for sale at 5 Quai Malaquais. Bidding will take place from 14.30 at the Chambre des Notaires de Paris, 12 Avenue Victoria in the 1st arrondissement. The properties can be viewed on the council website www.paris.fr.
