This compelling play by Fermin Cabal is based on real people and real events under Pinochets 17 year dictatorship. Directed by Roisin McBrinn and translated by Robert Shaw, Tejas Verdes, or Green Gables in English, refers to the beach resort that was turned into a torture camp. It was from here that Colorina, a young woman, became one of Chiles 3000 disappeared. Her story is told from five calm and frightening perspectives by five different women. The production also features a very strong cast, with the likes of Ger Ryan, Susan Fitzgerald, Jane Brennan, Cathy White and Sarah Brennan.
