4 Aug-26 Nov 2006. This exhibition at Viennas Museum for Modern Art (MUMOK) features 35 pieces from the collection of German art patrons Irene and Peter Ludwig. Ranging from classical modernism through pop art of the 1960s and 1970s right up to post-modernist contemporary art, Review celebrates the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Ludwigs extensive art collection, the sterreichische Ludwig Stiftung. Highlights include Pablo Picassos Femme assisse lcharpe verte (1960), a portrait of Mick Jagger by Andy Warhol (1975), Target by Jasper Johns (1967-9), Ad Reinhardts Red Painting (1953) and Antony Gormleys sculpture/installation Home (1994). Admission 9, senior citizens 7.20, students, unemployed 6.50, 14-18-year olds 3, under-13s 2. Tues-Sun 10.00-18.00, Thurs 10.00-21.00.
