Fabio Barilari: Architecture and atmosphere

8 Sept-4 Nov. Under the subheading Reading the city: a dialogue between library architecture and urban context in Germany, the Humboldt Library presents Architecture and atmosphere, an exhibition by Italian architect Fabio Barilari.

The exhibition features drawings and sketches of urban and library architecture from several German cities which Barilari toured in 2013 and 2015 in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut Rom.

The show opens at 16.00 on 8 Sept and can be visited until 4 Nov during the library's opening hours. For full details see website.

In addition to his architecture, Barilari is an accomplished illustrator whose work has featured on several covers of Wanted in Rome, the English-language magazine of Rome.
