26 May-2 July 2005. Tim Durhams pictures are neither manipulated nor computer generated: theyre simple photos of soapy bubbles. Technically, however, the photographs are light interference on the micro film of a blown bubble. And though they may appear graceful and serene, the pictures reveal a chaotic colour world driven by unrelenting forces until the bubble bursts. Born in 1963, Tim lives in County Westmeath, and has specialised in nature, abstract and travel photography. Over time his focus shifted to the theme of entropy (disorder and randomness). Tim also conducts photography and visual awareness workshops. Admission is free. Mon-Sat 10.00-1800.
