16 May-26 Oct 2008. The Essl Museum dedicates this exhibition to 17 Israeli and Palestinian artists, offering viewers the chance to see the artistic production from an area in conflict. On display are 22 projects, including unpublished works by some artists who are also social and cultural activists. Their work helps provide a better understanding of the problems of this complex region and its future challenges. Four projects are the result of cooperation between the artists and some civil organizations. Maps, glossary and books focus on the connections between the history of Israel, Palestina and Austria.
