Olafur Eliasson: Riverbed

A radical installation by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson greets unexpecting visitors at the Louisiana.

The huge site-specific project focuses on nature, taking the natural environment from the great outdoors and bringing it inside the museum.

Reversing the relationship between nature and art, the project leads visitors through a rocky riverbed landscape, framed by the architecture of the Louisiana.

Visitors are advised to take care of the slippery stones in the installation which does not have wheelchair access.
