Until 4 Sept 2005. Viennas Rathausplatz presents 67 cinematic evenings of operas, classical music films, ballet and jazz performances on a giant screen in front of the town hall. With concerts captured on film with music by the likes of Bach, Beethoven, and Tchaikovsky, the festival also boasts international ballet and opera performances of Verdis Othello, Bizets Carmen, Prokofievs War and Peace and Benjamin Brittens Owen Windgrave, to name but a few.

Admission: free (and includes food from around the world)
