16 July18 Aug 2005. Orchestra concerts, operetta and traditional/modern opera feature in this years "KlangBogen Vienna" festival, with performances at the Theater an der Wien, the Semper-Depot, the Musikverein, etc. Highlights include Plcido Domingo conducting the Der Graf von Luxemburg operetta by Franz Lehr (Theater an der Wien) in a new version by Michael Schottenberg, the original version of Beethovens Fidelio conducted by Bertrand de Billy (Theater an der Wien), and Michael Tippetts opera The Knot Garden (Semper-Depot).
