10 Dec 2008-22 Feb 2009. This group exhibition is dedicated to contemporary Indian art scene. It offers a snapshot of a vibrant generation of Asian artists, some famous and other less known ones, working with all sorts of different media, such as art, architecture, film, literature, performance and technology. All these artists share an active political and social engagement. Their works examine complex issues in contemporary India that include environmentalism, religious sectarianism, globalisation, gender, sexuality and class.
