Cats

29 Jan - 28 May. The hugely-successful musical Cats returns to Vienna. It is the original West End version but is performed in German.

Although the specially-designed theatre tent seats 1,800, it has an intimate feel as none of the seats are more than 20m from the circular stage.

Since it first opened in London in 1981, Cats has been seen more than 65 million people around the world.

The Cats story is based on the work of T.S. Eliot, and its much-loved melodies were composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
