18-21 May 2006. This is the 29th edition of the annual springtime exhibition of Pariss antiquarians and art gallery owners, when members of the Carr Rive Gauche association put their most important discoveries on display. Entitled Objets Extraordinaires: le Printemps des Dcouvertes, the exhibition involves 123 galleries and antique shops on the Quai Voltaire, rue des Saints-Pres, rue de lUniversit, rue du Bac, rue de Lille, rue de Beaune, rue de Verneuil and rue Allent. Furniture from the Renaissance to the 21st century, sculpture, ceramics, African and Far Eastern art, glassware and carpets are among the items on show. Admission free. Thurs-Sat 11.00-19.00, Sun 14.00-19.00.
