4 Nov-7 Dec 2008. This is the 13th edition of the Barcelona Theatre festival, presenting home-grown actors and writers at the Teatre de Raval. Selected from a total of 120 proposed projects, the 15 companies taking part perform original works covering a range of themes from madness, domestic violence and corruption to the fall of communism and the problems of aging. The winning companies will tour their plays to six theatres in Catalonia as well as taking up a month-long residence at the Teatre de Raval. Admission
