Autumn Whisky Fair.

8-9 Sept 2006. Berlins annual whisky fest, the Cpenicker Whiskyherbst, offers seminars, whisky tastings, master-classes and music in this years new venue on the riverside at Freiheit 15 in the Koepenick district. The 8 Sept programme includes a presentation of a new young whisky from the Swedish Mackmyra Distillery (14.00) and a Rarity Tasting Session with barrel samples from the Springbank, Hazelburn, Longrow and Glengyle distilleries (18.00) followed by The Gods of Whisky live on stage with music from Larkin, Norma Munro and Pipes & Drums. Highlights of the 9 Sept programme include the master-class tasting of exclusive Scottish single-malt whiskies including Breath of the Isles (Skye) (1992), Macallan (1976), Breath of Speyside (1991) and Clynelish (1992).
