10 September - 9 January 2011. The final segment of a four-part exhibition series of prominent post-war German artists, the Louisiana museum presents the work of Anselm Kiefer. As a painter Kiefer is concerned primarily with clear narrative and he is fascinated by myths.

The exhibition is divided into five themes: the artist and the function of art, the landscapes as myth, between heaven and earth, materials and history, and the book. The Louisiana adds works from its own ample Kiefer collection to the other paintings, accumulating a total number of about 70. The three artists previously featured were Polke, Richter and Baselitz.

Tues-Fri: 11.00-22.00. Sat-Sun: 11.00-18.00.
