Alphonse Mucha

3 Feb-3 June. Retrospective dedicated to the career of Czech artist Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939), best known for his Art Nouveau decorative depictions of women.

On display is a large selection of Mucha's paintings, posters, adver­tisements, photographs, designs, jewellery and interiors.

The exhibition puts particular emphasis on Mucha's photography as well as his motif-like images of women such as French actress Sarah Bernhardt.
