France registered 3,310 new cases in the last 24 hours
An increase in infection rates surges in several European countries, including France, Spain and Germany. France registered 3,310 new cases in the last 24 hours, compared to the previous day. The total number of infections in the country has risen to 249,655. The number of victims has reached 30,410, of which 18 were in the last 24 hours, according to Le Figaro.
Faced with what looks like a second wave, French authorities have decided to declare Paris and Marseilles "high risk areas", introducing new measures such as requiring wearing a mask even outdoors, and a ban on gatherings of more than 10 people.
