Shakespeare's Dead

22 April-4 Sept. The Bodleian Libraries celebrate the 400th anniversary of the death of Shakespeare with an exhibition of documents examining the theme of death in Shakespeare's works.

The show explores how some of the Bard's most tragic characters were brought to life using the theme of either facing death or coping with loss.

Figures from Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet and Hamlet feature prominently in the free exhibition.
