Pablo Picasso: Women - Bulls - Old Masters

This retrospective dedicated to Pablo Picasso spans seven decades of work by the 20th-century Spanish master.

It features 120 prints and drawings from the Kupferstichkabinett’s own collection as well some 40 paintings, coloured works on paper, posters and ceramics on loan.

The exhibition is divided into ten themed sections including Picasso's figurative and political works, and his Cubist, Neoclassicist and Surrealist phases.

However the core themes of the show are centred around Picasso's homage to women and his fascination with bullfighting.

The Kupferstichkabinett owns 180 of Picasso's works, one of the oldest Picasso collections held by a public museum.

Tue-Fri 10.00-18.00, Sat-Sun 11.00-18.00
