Eye Attack: Op Art and Kinetic Art 1950-1970

4 Feb-5 June. Louisiana presents the first major presentation of Op Art and Kinetic Art in Scandinavia for more than 50 years.

The two movements are interlinked: Op Art is centred around abstract optical illusions while Kinetic Art revolves around movement and motion perceivable by the viewer.

The exhibition explores the media and techniques of both movements and features some 100 works by more than 40 artists, including seminal Op artists Victor Vasarely and Bridget Riley.
