25 March - 31 August 2010. In 1583 Kirsten Piil discovered a water spring in Dyrehaven Park which provided the idea for Bakken, now the world's oldest amusement park. Over the centuries the park has retained its popularity due to its location in Copenhagen's suburbs, and its free admission policy.

In its 427th year, the 2010 programme offers 100 fun rides as well as 50 restaurants. Some of the events to be enjoyed include the Great Nordic Challenge, the World Day of Laughter and the International Strongman Champions League.
