Copenhagen city council plans to create a caf in the historic City Hall building where local residents can meet and mix with their elected representatives. The initiative, announced late last month, is part of efforts by the local government to make Town Hall politics more citizen-friendly. Currently only tourists and Danish citizens who are getting married visit the Town Hall.
