The Muse dArt moderne of the Ville de Paris has reopened after two years of restoration. The permanent collection has been given a new layout and new security measures have been introduced, to a total cost of 15 million euro. Suzanne Pag, the museums director, is optimistic about the future of the gallery, which is nevertheless under pressure to create revenue. The museum has reopened with two exhibitions dedicated to Pierre Bonnard and Pierre Huyghe. The Pierre Bonnard exhibition is entitled Luvre dart, un arrt du temps and runs until 7 May 2006. The Pierre Huyghe exhibition is called Celebration Park and runs until 23 April 2006. The museum is at 11, avenue du Prsident Wilson in the 16ieme arrondissement.
