Late openings for Barcelona museums

Many of Barcelona's museums have late openings and special evening events in August.

The Caixaforum stays open on Wednesdays until midnight with performances and concerts at 20.00 and 22.00.

The Museo Europeo de Arte Moderno hosts a jazz concert every Friday at 18.00.

Museu d'Història de Catalunya has a performance by a Catalan group on Saturdays at 22.00 and entry into the exhibition 300 onzes de setembre 1714-2014 (to commemorate the 300 years of the War of Succession) is included in the price of the ticket.

Palau Güell, a mansion designed by Antoni Gaudí, has live jazz on 14 and 28 August at 20.30.
