These are two neighbourhoods in the 20th arrondissement. It is inhabited by a people from an impressive variety of cultures which makes it fun, lively and very colourful. Unfortunately its a poor neighbourhood and architecturally unimpressive. Life is inexpensive and there are many fast food, Chinese and Arab restaurants. The famous Pre Lachaise cemetery is worth a visit. Metro connections are good although they are on the outskirts of the neighbourhood. Parking is mainly free. Night life is almost non-existant and as in all suburban areas in Paris, night time is not the safest time for a stroll across the neighbourhood.
